OWL’s Chairman is Barry Sheerman MP who chairs the Global Network for Road Safety Legislators and the Parliamentary Advisory Council for Transport Safety.
In 2019 The OWL Clean Air Commission was launched. Air pollution is now a major health threat and OWL has expanded its focus to incorporate air quality monitoring.
OWL is run by CMS SupaTrak on behalf of its partners and UK-wide OWL Roadshows take place regularly.
