Commercial vehicle safety specialist Sentinel Systems is expanding its services in Scotland and has appointed a new sales manager, Scott Logan, in response to the increase in demand for vehicle and pedestrian protection.
Scott will be responsible for all company sales and service activity in Scotland and the North of England and will be permanently based in the region.
He arrived at Sentinel after working as a parts specialist for Scania. In his new role, Scott is responsible for the development of new customer markets in Scotland and Northern England.
His role will include winning new customers, specification of products and solutions, identification of new product opportunities, provision of quotations, completion of contracts, the joint management of each project with the operations staff and the ongoing management of customer relationships.
Cirencester-based Sentinel Systems has been trading for more than 30 years and its establishment has seen the development of a number of life-saving vehicle safety systems, including its award winning Bike Hotspot System and LED Cycle Sign designed to detect a cyclist within the blind spot of the vehicle and alerting the driver of the danger.
