Ransomes to launch two new mowers at NEC

Published:  02 October, 2017

Commercial mowing specialist Ransomes will be showcasing two new mowers – the TR320 triplex cylinder mower and the HM600 wide area mower – at the Saltex show in November.

The Ransomes TR320 is one of the lightest machines on the market and features a narrow transport width (1.64m), a 1.83m width of cut and better slope capabilities and manoeuvrability.

Designed and manufactured at Ransomes Jacobsen’s European headquarters in Ipswich, the TR320 is targeted at the sportsturf and landscaping market and will be on display on stand H090 at Saltex exhibition at the NEC, Birmingham starting on 1 November.

Also making its debut at Saltex 2017 is the HM600 wide area mower platform. The new machine can run three heavy duty flail mowers with mulching technology from Müthing.

Ransomes is also sponsoring the Saltex College Cup for the second time. It will be introduced by the IOG as a brand-new national student-led sports-turf challenge. It is an academic test of turf management knowledge for student competitors in teams of four who are enrolled at colleges throughout the UK.

Ransomes will also be showing other municipal mowers plus Cushman utility vehicles, Iseki tractors and turf maintenance equipment from the Turfco and Ryan brands on its stand.
