DTG invests £250k in generators for hire

Generator supplier Dieselec Thistle Generators has invested £250k in new generators for its hire fleet.

The equipment is aimed at customers who need back-up power supplies during emergencies or routine maintenance.

The equipment available for hire now includes towable 22kVA sets, towable 33kVA sets, 60kVA sets, 150kVA sets, the PRO150kVA, 250kVA sets and 550kVA sets, along with load cables, auxiliary supply cables, automatic start cables, external bulk fuel tanks and fuel lines.

Paul Moore, managing director at DTG, said: ‘We are committed to continually upgrading and investing in the hire fleet, and our team of expert technicians is always available to support the supply of equipment.’

DTG offers its hire services to a wide range of sectors across the UK, including major construction and infrastructure, data centres and financial institutions, education, healthcare and emergency services, farming, industrial, local authority, retail, transport and utilities.
