John Deere has launched a new 3038E compact tractor is aimed at a wide variety of customers, including groundscare teams, sports turf managers.

The 3038E is equipped with an emissions-compliant Stage IV diesel engine with 37.3hp. A hydrostatic transmission with power assisted steering and twin touch foot pedals provides the operator with simple controls to select exactly the right speed for the job.

The tractor's independent PTO can be engaged on the go, eliminating the need to stop and use the clutch. The 3038E also features an easy-lift bonnet that provides wide-open access to the engine bay for maintenance.

A new 300E front loader has a curved boom which, with the tractor's tight turning circle, offers a better manoeuvrability for materials handling. Four-wheel drive is standard.

The 3038E compact tractor also offers telescoping draft links to make attaching and removing rear implements ' including mowers, rear blades and posthole diggers ' easier and increase performance in the field.
