Published:  03 October, 2018

Two new stock controllers have been appointed to the team of 4x4 and car accessory manufacturer and distributor Truckman.

Julie Maitland and Josh Frost joined the West Midlands-based company to help ensure optimum stock levels are maintained during the busy new registration plate period.

Julie has extensive stock controlling experience from the wholesale industry. Josh also has a wealth of knowledge of stock control and business demand forecasting.

The Stock Control Team is based at Truckman’s administration and warehouse facility in Dudley, which has recently had a large mezzanine floor installed to increase its stockholding capabilities to 125,000 square feet.

Mike Wheeler, executive chairman of Truckman, said: ‘With enquiries and orders already building ahead of the ’68 plate release, the addition of Julie and Josh to our stock management team will ensure we can forecast and meet demand for our accessory range.

‘We pride ourselves in being able to turn orders round quickly, by having significant stock levels and Julie and Josh will play an integral role in ensuring we can complete the high level of orders that come with each new registration plate.’
