An app for managing the (DVSA) Earned Recognition compliance will be launched by Freeway Fleet Systems at the Euro Bus Expo at the NEC, Birmingham from 30 October ' 01 November.

The Earned Recognition Tracker has been developed in association with four of the Earned Recognition founder members, who represented the bus sector during the DVSA pilot earlier this year.

The app automatically alerts fleet managers to any outstanding compliance issues, keeping check on maintenance records and displaying colour coded alarm status if compliance data is missing.

Lists are generated automatically showing all items that need to be addressed in order to meet the 5 Earned Recognition Key Performance Indicators required by the DVSA.

'The Earned Recognition KPI report is only required one month retrospectively but it's important all the work has been done and recorded properly in the first place,' said Patrick Tandy, managing director of Freeway.

'Freeway keeps users up to date with the summary live status of their performance per KPI through a simple list showing all the items that need to be addressed, what specifically is missing and also what needs to be done in order to solve the problem'
