The next issue of LAPV magazine will be published in August 2015, andwill be distributed at the the Recycling and Waste Management Exhibition, Emergency Services Show and Saltex.

We are currently looking for editorial contributions for the next issue of Local Authority Plant and Vehicles Our topics are listed in the outline below, but we are also open to ideas about other subjects.

Please note that we doNOT charge for publication; all submissions are chosen based on interest to our readers, and are used as space permits. All submissions may be edited to fit space and to suit our house style.

Case studies should be in the planning phase, currently being carried out, or completed within the last three months.

Please send up to 500 words and a selection of four or 5 pictures maximum. Images should be sent as jpg, tif or similar picture files, and words in a Word document (NOT pdf). For large files we have an ftp upload site, please ask for details.

FINAL DEADLINE FOR CONTRIBUTIONS is August 3, 2015. Please advise me in advance if you intend to send a contribution, or if you have a suggestion for a longer feature, please feel free to contact me to discuss it.
