Stanford Coachworks has developed a Vehicle Improvement Programme (VIP) which can be used to improve vehicles rather than simply replace them.
The programme has been used by Melksham Council of Community Services. George Brown of Melksham explains that their vehicle was old, built on a good quality chassis with low mileage but in need of a complete face lift and an improved, updated interior.
'The whole vehicle was completely restored and repainted to our specifications giving it a fresh appearance. “We saved £1000s compared to a new bus and we can give our customers a comfortable, fresh environment for many more years.”
Improvement options are available for any make or model of vehicle and include a choice of new pattern seat materials, or replacements, repair and repaint of damaged body work, floor coverings and full valets.
