Heil Farid report that RWM 2015 was one of their most successful shows yet.

Just 45 minutes after the show opened, an order for two T1SM22 refuse collection vehicles was placed by Rabbit Waste Management Ltd.

This also represented a double first for Mike Spooner, Heil Farid's new southern area sales manager; it was his first show with Heil Farid and his first order with the company.

The vehicles ordered were two Heil Farid T1SM 22m3 refuse collection vehicles fitted with semi-automatic Evolution Comb binlifts, mounted on Mercedes Econic 26t Chassis.

And Suez Environnement also placed an order for three Micro L food waste collection vehicles at the show. The fully sealed, one-piece Micro L bodies will be mounted on 7.5t gvwMitsubishi Canter chassis and will enter service early in the new year.

The success of the show was experienced at first hand by Marco Orecchia, CEO of the holding company Farid Industrie who attended the show for two days.

Also representing Heil Farid was their recently appointed UK General Manager, Brian Kennedy.

Sales & Marketing Director Kevin Crowder said: 'We have always valued the contribution that the show makes to our presence in the refuse and recycling transportation market place.

'This year we exhibited a small select selection of our wide and comprehensive range of vehicles. They included a 32t gvw Euro Half Pack Front End Loader built for Suez Environnement, a 7.5t gvw MiniMatic RCV built for Dawsonrentals and a 7.5t gvw Container Washer built for Keenan Recycling. We are highly delighted with the outcome of this year's event and look forward with great enthusiasm to next year.'
