Isuzu Truck (UK) Ltd and TVS Supply Chain Solutions have marked 20 years of collaboration by signing a new three-year contract renewal.
This continued relationship is particularly positive as Isuzu continues to develop an increased share of the UK Truck Market, with market leaders TVS playing a fundamental role in supporting those developments through its aftersales parts services.
The TVS team has worked closely with Isuzu over the past 20 years at every stage of their supply chain, from inventory planning and demand forecasting, right through to customer service and returns processing (reverse logistics) including warehousing and dispatch.
Isuzu Truck (UK) managing director Peter Murphy said: 'We are delighted to be continuing our long standing relationship with TVS and look forward, once again, to receiving the excellent service levels we have come to expect from them.'
