Published:  27 September, 2016

Twenty Kubota mini-excavators have been ordered from Chepstow Construction Equipment by Gloucestershire plant hire company Rocket Rentals.

The deal, which features four U17-4, six U27-4, five U55-4 and five KX057-4 excavators – all fitted with the emission compliant Kubota engines – significantly extends Rocket Rentals machinery fleet.

The Kubota KX and U series zero tail swing excavators are aimed at compact building environments and are designed to offer maximum fuel efficiency, minimal noise and vibration, as well as low emission levels to meet current regulations.

Simon Tomblin, owner and managing Director of Rocket Rentals, said: ‘We constantly strive to provide our customers with solutions that are reliable, efficient and cost-effective. Kubota machinery meets all of these requirements.’

Ian Whiting, sales director at Chepstow Construction Equipment, said: ‘The equipment manufactured by Kubota is some of the best in the marketplace. We have a strong working relationship with Rocket Rentals and we’re glad that we could help enhance its Kubota fleet and meet the increased demand of its customers.’
