Euro Municipal buys nearly-new narrow track RCV

Published:  09 November, 2016

Euro Municipal has bought a used Dennis Elite 6 narrow track 6x2 rear steer vehicle through Manchester Service Centre of Dennis Eagle.

The RCV is fitted with Olympus 60/40 split Twin Pack body and Terberg bin lift.

The nearly-new truck has updated the age profile of Euro Municipal’s hire fleet and is unique among the vehicles the company offers, having a split body on a highly-manoeuvrable, narrow, rear-steer chassis, making it particularly useful for recycling collection rounds in tight urban streets and narrow country lanes.

A spokesman for the company said they had been able to pre-book the new vehicle on hire to a national waste management company, before they had even taken delivery of the vehicle from Dennis Eagle.

The truck will be available to local authorities and the private sector operators to hire from December 2016.
